SILISIL Premium Silicone Spray – High-Purity Silicone Spray for Sensitive Materials

SILISIL Premium Silicone Spray is a high-quality PDMS-based spray for industrial lubrication, release, maintenance and protection applications. Its low-solvent formulation contains no aggressive solvents and has been developed specifically for sensitive plastics and elastomers.

The spray is compatible with materials including polycarbonate, ABS, EPDM, NBR and silicone. It creates a thin and uniform lubricating and protective film without gumming or hardening. This makes it suitable for maintaining seals and O-rings, lubricating moving components and acting as an external release agent in mould making, injection moulding and extrusion.

Its dielectric insulating properties also make SILISIL Premium Silicone Spray suitable for protecting electrical contacts, connectors and switches. The silicone film remains stable at temperatures up to approximately +200°C and produces minimal odour and residue.

Typical applications include the maintenance of sensitive plastic and elastomer components, preservation of precision tools and the release of moulds from casting materials such as polyurethane, epoxy resin, plaster and wax.
