PFHE
The PFHE represents an economically attractive alternative for high-load applications in which high radial loads occur. The combination of special pre-stressed inclined roller bearings and a flanged output shaft in accordance with EN ISO 9409-1 gives the PFHE a very high load capacity. Thanks to the radial shaft seal that is used, this gearbox achieves protection class IP65 at the output side and can therefore also withstand adverse usage conditions

PFN-2000 Serie: Alternative PROFINET I/O lieferbar
As an automation specialist, you like to buy everything from a single source. But what do you do if the required products from the preferred manufacturer are not available on the announced date? Now at the latest it is time to look at alternatives. The PROFINET Remote I/O of the PFN-2000 series are ideally suited for PROFINET I/O applications in which, for example, a SIEMENS S7 or compatible PLC acts as the central control unit and in which further analog and digital signals have to be processed decentrally. The I/O modules correspond to Conformance Class B and RT Class 1 and are therefore particularly suitable for applications with cycle times in the >1ms range. The integrated switch with two Ethernet ports enables flexible cabling in different topologies. The I/O signals are conveniently applied via push-in terminals and the module is simply mounted on the DIN rail. The large input voltage range of 10-30VDC also copes well with wavy control cabinet voltage. The I/O offer ranges from the universal 8DI/8DO module to 10AI with individual channel configuration for mV, V, mA or T/C type J/K/T/etc. up to 4AO with 0-10V or 0/4-20mA output. The software integration of the PFN-2000 modules into the PROFINET project takes place as usual by importing the associated and supplied GSDML file into the engineering tool. The advantage of using a widespread and standardized technology such as PROFINET lies in the independence from individual brands or manufacturers.

Photoelectronic Sensors
Sensors in this category can use light to detect or count objects contactlessly, measure distances and detect light, color, gloss or luminescence. Photoelectronic sensors are not only characterized by their functionality, but also by their space-saving design. The additional connection of special fiber-optic cables permits their use in extreme conditions such as cold, hot or tight spaces. The broad portfolio of photoelectronic sensors is divided into 15 product categories to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications. Each category offers a variety of solutions to ensure the right sensor size is available for each specific application. The designs include cubic, metric and hybrid shapes in plastic, aluminum or stainless steel housings. The optical sensors operate reliably in a temperature range of –50 to +250 °C and offer a detection range of 0 to 100,000 mm.

Pick-and-Place Robot PPR
The Pick-and-Place Robot PPR is a compact assembly automation system for the fast and precise handling of sensitive components, for example in electronics manufacturing. It combines basic motion axes with integrated sensors such as force measurement, pneumatics and control technology to ensure safe pick-up and placement of delicate workpieces. The patent-pending PPR captures and analyses process and sensor data in real time, optimising cycle times and placement forces. This results in stable, highly dynamic processes with minimal development effort. - Reduced workpiece damage, shorter cycle times, integrated process control - PPR as an all-in-one model with integrated drive, sensors, pneumatics and control module - THK's sensor technology detects even the smallest forces as soon as the workpiece comes into contact with the suction nozzle: a highly precise force sensor measures minimal contact forces during placement (resolution down to 0.01 N) - A force resolution of up to 0.01 N enables throughput rates of up to 9,000 workpieces per hour per module

Fully electric vacuum generation; no compressed air infrastructure required. Its light weight and compact dimensions allow it to be mounted directly onto the cobot’s tool flange. Maximised energy efficiency across all components and functions. The power supply from the cobot arm is sufficient to drive the gripper unit. The elimination of air hoses simplifies installation and allows for completely unrestricted movement of the cobot arm. Plug & play software and interface available for UR e-series and Fanuc CRX. Compatible with piCOBOT® programming accessories – such as tool changers, docking stations and gripper tools. Generic electrical interfaces with multiple mounting options are available to suit any other cobot or small industrial robot.

piPREMIUM 600-1600 is a line extension of the previous piPREMIUM family which has been available in size 100-400. The target for the extension is the food and pharma industries who need higher capacity.

Processes result in defined routes in which media are transported at the right speed and in the right quantity. Sensitive media such as foodstuffs or media with high pressures require professional and sometimes legally required testing of the production and installation. Our pipeline engineers will install new pipelines for you elegantly and in accordance with standards, if necessary combined with testing and acceptance. If necessary, old pipes that are no longer required are dismantled and disposed of. We ensure that your medium arrives at the desired destination. Pipes in stainless steel or steel, welded or pressed - we reliably lay them. We are the right contact for a wide range of adaptations or new installations in steel or stainless steel.
