      As the energy transition has to be mastered to a large extent with existing systems, there is a need for technologies that can be retrofitted into systems as efficiently as possible. To achieve this, Camille Bauer's wireless technology was brought into the energy transition. The standard measuring devices of the SINEAX® AMx000, LINAX® PQx000, SINEAX® DM5000 and CENTRAX® CUx000 series are equipped with a data concentrator in addition to their function as a measuring instrument. This data concentrator connects almost automatically to the wireless sensors of the PME series and maps the low-voltage system at distribution level. The standard measuring devices can be mixed with their data concentrators as required and according to the use case. Thanks to the open connectivity, many connections to higher-level or parallel systems are possible (e.g. SCADA, BMS, ISO5000x energy management, energy monitoring, smart grid applications, power quality and energy monitoring, etc.). PME sensors of 25 x 4PN or 33 x 3P are possible per data concentrator. Up to 4 data concentrators in close proximity per system, i.e. up to 100 (4PN) / 132 (3P) outlets can be seamlessly recorded on the basis of Bluetooth technology.

      The MC100 is an industrial-grade cellular multifunctional platform, based on OpenWrt Linux, freely programmable, network-capable and available in various versions. Typical applications include remote maintenance access to industrial controls or machine components via the cellular network and the sending of data from Ethernet-capable machines and systems to a central location. It is equipped with a slim Linux Board Support Package (BSP) and thus provides drivers for all interfaces, among other things. In the basic version, the Ethernet data terminal functionality is already integrated via the cellular network. Configuration is carried out via an integrated web interface. Customers can develop their own applications on the MC100 platform. This is possible in C/C++, Java™, Python™ or Node-RED™, for example.

      Mean Well XDR-Serie – Ultrakompakte DIN-Schienen-Netzteile mit erweiterten Features

      Mit der XDR-Serie erweitert Simpex sein Portfolio an DIN-Schienen-Netzteilen um eine besonders kompakte und leistungsstarke Baureihe für industrielle Anwendungen. Die Geräte wurden speziell für den Einsatz in der Automatisierungstechnik, im Maschinenbau sowie in Steuerungs- und Schaltschrankinstallationen entwickelt, bei denen eine hohe Leistungsdichte bei möglichst geringem Platzbedarf gefordert ist. Die Serie umfasst mehrere Leistungsstufen von 75 W bis 960 W und deckt damit ein breites Anwendungsspektrum ab. Abhängig vom jeweiligen Modell stehen Ausgangsspannungen von 12 V, 24 V, 36 V oder 48 V zur Verfügung. Durch die sehr schlanke Bauform benötigen die Netzteile deutlich weniger Platz auf der DIN-Schiene und ermöglichen eine kompaktere Auslegung von Schaltschränken. Ein weiteres Merkmal der XDR-Serie ist der hohe Wirkungsgrad von bis zu über 95 %, wodurch Energieverluste reduziert und die Wärmeentwicklung minimiert werden. Dadurch eignen sich die Geräte auch für Anwendungen mit hohen Leistungsanforderungen und eingeschränkten Kühlmöglichkeiten. Weiter haben die Geräte einen sehr tiefen Eingangsstrom, einen Peak Power von 200%, eine Schutzlackierung, eine MODBus Schnittstelle (ab 240 Watt), Remote ON/OFF und einen eingebauten ORing FET als Schutz gegen Rückspeisung. Für industrielle Umgebungen wurden die Netzteile besonders robust ausgelegt. Sie arbeiten zuverlässig in einem weiten Temperaturbereich von –40 °C bis +85 °C und unterstützen einen weiten Eingangsspannungsbereich von 85 bis 305 VAC. Zusätzlich erfüllen sie die Überspannungskategorie OVC III, was den direkten Einsatz in industriellen Energieverteilungen ermöglicht. Mit ihrer Kombination aus hoher Leistungsdichte, kompakter Bauform und industrieller Zuverlässigkeit stellt die XDR-Serie eine moderne Stromversorgungslösung für anspruchsvolle Automatisierungs- und Steuerungsanwendungen dar.
