Ketterer t-Rex BLDC internal rotor motors are powerful, compact and reliable. They are available as standard in two sizes (3200 with a diameter of 44 mm and 3206 with a diameter of 65 mm), each in two lengths. The torque range of the t-Rex family starts at 0.2 Nm and extends up to 8 Nm. The speed range goes up to 6000 rpm.

Positioning can be controlled manually via buttons on the column or in automatic mode using photoelectric sensors. Kleinsteuerungen mit Touch-Display
The slim PLC controller of the DISPLAY VISIONS PLC series already has the touch display integrated. In addition, it can be connected wirelessly to up to 50 satellite displays. This allows processes to be monitored and controlled regardless of location. Normally, programming small controllers and reading their parameters involves a certain amount of effort. Not so with the PLC series from DISPLAY VISIONS. A color touch display is already integrated in the central control unit, the "Core". The brilliant, 2.8-inch IPS panel is easy to read from almost any viewing angle (reading angle 170°) and even in direct sunlight. It not only displays the measurement and process data, but is also used to enter control commands and operating parameters thanks to its touch-sensitive surface. The Core has eight digital inputs 0..24 V, 4 analog inputs (4 20 mA and 0 10 V) and 4 relay outputs. It communicates via the RS-485 or Ethernet interface and can also be accessed wirelessly via WLAN. Up to 50 satellite terminals can be automatically connected to the central control unit. Depending on the complexity of the input and output data, satellites with different display sizes are available. From the almost postage stamp-sized 1.5-inch display with 240x240 pixels to the 10.1-inch panel with a resolution of 1,280x800 pixels. The satellites automatically synchronize with the core in real time and can be individually configured. For example, operating data for service can be displayed in one place, while work preparation enters new parameters on their satellite in another place. All touch and display functions can be freely programmed using the free Windows tool "PLC Designer" WYSIWYG. Numerous prefabricated elements support the creation of individual and even animated pages.

Der stetig steigende Kostendruck verlangt nach geringerem Verschleiß und höheren Standzeiten. Diese Forderung besteht bei einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen und insbesondere für Radsatzlager der Bahn wird dies durch einen erhöhten Anspruch an die Zuverlässigkeit des Bauteils ergänzt. Was wie ein Widerspruch klingt wird durch Klübersynth BHE 46-403 möglich. Das völlig neuartige und zudem innovative Konzept bietet einen deutlich reduzierten Reibungswiderstand und hilft dadurch Energiekosten zu sparen. Gleichzeitig wird die Gebrauchstemperatur messbar verringert. Eine Langzeitschmierung kann somit realisiert werden. Basierend auf den sehr guten Reibwerten von Klübersynth BHE 46-403, gepaart mit seinem guten Korrosionsschutz kommt es zur Reduktion von Verschleiß. Das positive Resultat daraus ist eine Verlängerung der Bauteillebensdauer. Das spart Kosten für Wartung und schont die Umwelt durch reduzierten Materialeinsatz. Klübersynth BHE 46-403 ist nach den gängigen Normen der Bahnindustrie für eine erhöhte Laufleistung zertifiziert.
