For use in an automated station, EYSeal can be easily integrated into existing systems. Controlled via a PLC or customer-specific interfaces, the system reliably performs repeatable dispensing tasks, even at high cycle rates.

So entsteht ein geschlossener, definierter Schmierfilm, der reproduzierbar und sauber aufgetragen wird.

      New PSBN055, PSN055 and PSFN055 compact precision gearboxes from Neugart The increasing demand for compact servo drives in mechanical engineering has led to a corresponding need for smaller gearboxes that are suitable for these drives. In response to this market need, Neugart is introducing three new precision planetary gearboxes in frame size 055: the PSBN055, PSN055, and PSFN055. These new additions extend the proven capabilities of the Precision Line portfolio. The three new models, PSBN055, PSN055, and PSFN055, are helical gearboxes from the Precision Line PSN, PSFN, and PSBN series in frame size 055. Please note that the frame size refers to the square dimension or centering collar diameter of the output flange, which in this case measures 55 mm in width. Despite their compact dimensions, the gearboxes offer high torque density and high precision in the smallest of installation spaces. These gearboxes are well-suited for use in electronically controlled servo drives of small handling units in packaging and many other machines. All three new developments are available with one or two stages and a range of ratios from i=3 to i=100. These models feature a rotary shaft seal and are rated to protection class IP65. Moreover, their planetary carriers feature a cage design, which greatly enhances the construction's torsional stiffness. Additionally, the torsional backlash can be reduced by 2 arcmin at the customer's option. Individual design details While the three new models share many similarities, they also feature key differences that make them ideal for specific applications. The PSBN055 and PSN055 models feature a smooth output shaft (with either a smooth design or a feather key), a square-type output flange, and robust deep groove ball bearings or preloaded tapered roller bearings. The PSBN055 impresses with its economy and efficiency.

The requirements were demanding: operation in ATEX and IECEx Zone 22, ambient temperatures from 5 to 50 °C, lifetime exceeding 10 million cycles, high continuous and acceleration torque at low speeds, minimal heat generation and maximum energy efficiency – all in a compact design with worldwide certifications (ATEX, IECEx, CE, UL). No such solution existed on the market. Antrimon’s answer was a fully customised brushless outer-rotor motor combined with a two-stage planetary gearbox. The design focused on delivering maximum torque at the lowest speed, exceptional robustness and reliability. With a maintenance-free concept – no brushes, no oil changes – the actuator is built for continuous heavy-duty operation. The entire process, from feasibility analysis and mechanical/electronic design to prototyping, extreme-condition validation, certification and series production, was handled in-house. The result: significantly lower energy consumption compared to pneumatic systems, extended maintenance intervals, improved process safety and full global compliance.       The DTS+ track system incorporates key features of Hepco’s PRT track system and original DTS, combining them with a high load capacity connection for carriages to the drive belt. The carriages will not disengage from the belt, allowing transmission of higher driving forces compared to the original DTS conveyor system. Whilst the original DTS will often be the right choice for many applications, the DTS+ is suitable for applications with high loads, a vertical orientation, or where the free space inside the track circuit is required to integrate additional equipment.

      DYNAMAG short stroke cylinders

      The DYNAMAG short-stroke solenoid is the simplest solution for electrically implementing short strokes in machines. It is the result of a collaboration between the two innovative Swiss companies Cyltronic AG and Isliker Magnete AG. The integrated electronics in the DYNAMAG reduce the energy consumption in the end positions to a minimum. This allows high forces to be generated without the actuator becoming hot. Cycles of up to 250 cycles / minute can be achieved with the dynamic solenoid. The high forces of up to 32N can be offered in 4 stroke lengths of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. With the reverse stroke function, the forces can be applied both pulling and pushing without the need for a spring return. The highlight is the integrated end position sensors which transmit the end position signals directly to the control unit, thus ensuring cost-effective implementation.
