Intuitive assembly and clever wiring | EPLAN Smart Production
Eplan Smart Production is an assistance system for employees in control cabinet manufacturing. Using checklists, employees are led through individual component installation and control cabinet wiring processes. The system provides the information needed for each work step. A 3D model of the control cabinet provides an even better understanding of which action is currently required. The employee assistance system increases efficiencies in production and significantly reduces the complexity of all tasks. The consolidated display of relevant information, supplemented by additional information that can be called up as needed, saves on time wasted searching through project documentation. This greatly reduces manufacturing times. At the same time, new technicians can be trained much faster thanks to the installation and wiring instructions automatically generated from the digital twin of the machine. The checklist is further used to document each step of the process directly at the workstation in workshops and production facilities. IP 65 Monitor High Bright 10.1"
A small all-rounder makes a big impression The 10.1 high-bright monitor has 1500 nits brightness and a touch option. But that's not all. It also has an IP65 housing and, if required, an integrated computer. The FHD industrial monitor reacts to changing ambient brightness with automatic dimming. This means that the device can be operated without restrictions regardless of the lighting conditions. The monitor has a large number of interfaces, including a USB Type-C interface that can transmit both video signals and touch functions, making cabling easier.
