Enterprise Keyboard V1.2 — Smarter Data Capture with Auto & Field Match Operations
In today's fast-moving enterprise environments, data accuracy and input efficiency are critical to operational success. Yet in many real-world scenarios, frontline users need to capture both text and barcode information simultaneously — a challenge that traditional OCR-based keyboards often struggle to meet. With Enterprise Keyboard V1.2, we introduce two groundbreaking features — Auto Match Mode and Field Match Mode — designed to overcome these limitations. These new modes make data capture smarter, faster, and more adaptive, enabling enterprises to seamlessly collect and process mixed data in even the most dynamic on-site conditions. What's New in Enterprise Keyboard V1.2 The latest Enterprise Keyboard V1.2 introduces two breakthrough features — Auto Match Mode and Field Match Mode — that make data capture smarter and more efficient than ever. 1. Auto Match Mode Auto Match Mode lets users spontaneously capture both text and barcodes in real time. It can recognize up to 10 barcodes simultaneously, streamlining data collection between text and barcode. With customizable Auto Match Rules, users can specify what to capture, and the OCR Keyboard will automatically detect and extract only the data that matches the rule. Captured data can also be edited or converted before being sent to the app, meeting diverse enterprise data requirements. 2. Field Match Mode Field Match Mode enhances field-based data capture by adding barcode recognition support. Users can predefine multiple capture fields, each with specific recognition and correction logic to improve accuracy. For example, when capturing Expiration Date can be individually defined — each with its own data formatting or correction rule to address common OCR issues like confusing “O” with “0” or “I” with “1.”

The development cycles of sensor manufacturers and users are not always synchronized, meaning that there is still a need for traditional interfaces that is no longer satisfied by the original manufacturers. It is also increasingly being observed that manufacturers organized in corporate structures are less and less prepared for the individual requirements of medium-sized specialist automation companies. And what do you do when you are informed that an important component is no longer available? Either you change the rest of the technology, redesign the system or ask an experienced specialist for individual encoders for an alternative. TR Electronic has always been known for supporting many industrial interfaces for position sensors. TR Electronic's in-house development expertise allows it to draw on more than 40 years of experience and integrate both state-of-the-art and classic communication systems into the latest generations of devices. The mechanical connection can be adapted to existing environments with a high degree of freedom. The manufacturing technology of the medium-sized company allows production in manageable batch sizes. Quantities that are of no interest to others can be realized economically at TR. Direct contact between the user and manufacturer is required to ensure that a solution fits perfectly into the existing application. In the best case scenario, the user receives an encoder that can be used directly as a replacement for a discontinued product. Sometimes minor modifications to the mechanics or the control system are necessary. And this new encoder will be reliably available for a long time thanks to the latest technology. Erster zertifizierter Panel - PC NPP156 für Siemens Industrial Edge Ökosystem
The NPP156 was the first panel PC to be certified for the new Siemens Industrial Edge ecosystem. The open Industrial Edge Runtime provides a platform on which process optimization applications can be easily and quickly implemented using pre-built apps for processing, visualizing and analyzing data. This makes the connection between IT and OT in production much easier. A powerful Intel® Celeron® J6412 (Elkhart Lake) CPU with 2 GHz is used as the CPU. Plus 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD storage (expandable). Equipped with 2 independent Gigabit LAN interfaces, 4 serial RS232/RS485 and 5 USB ports, the NPP156 can solve a wide range of communication tasks. The display sizes vary between 15" and 21.5" TFT with Full HD resolution. A capacitive PCT touch screen is used as the input medium. The wide supply voltage range is 9..36 VDC. Thanks to the easy control cabinet installation and the protection class IP66, the NPP156 is ideal for many industrial applications such as in production where robust and long-lasting solutions are required.

ES series housing with illuminated guard and buzzer
The range of ES series housings now includes a new version with raised illuminated guard and integrated buzzer. This new housing is available in the following three versions with cover: - opaque yellow without light (no electronics); - yellow with white LED; - white with RGB LEDs. Key features: - The upper guard protects the button from dust and dirt, prevents accidental activation and facilitates resetting of the emergency stop button; - Customisable illuminated guard with RGB LEDs increases the visibility of the housing on the machine; - Option to configure the housing with various devices, e.g. multiple-position selectors; - Integrated buzzer for acoustic signal; - Sound effect with minimum intensity of 55 dB at a distance of 1 metre acc. to lift standards EN 81-20 and EN 81-50. The function of the housing can be configured by the user with the internal terminal strip, enabling set-up of: - colours of RGB LEDs; - steady or blinking mode for LED signalling; - continuous or intermittent modes for acoustic signalling.

The latest addition to SIGMATEK's HMI portfolio, the ET 0710, combines compact plastic design with the latest processor architecture and a high-resolution 7-inch multitouch display. This slim operating panel is therefore ideal for smaller machines with limited space and price-sensitive applications that want to enhance with modern HTML5 visualization. At its heart is a quad-core EDGE3 technology processor with four cores (4x 1.6 GHz), 2 GB LPDDR4 RAM, and 8 GB microSD memory. This allows even memory-intensive web HMI applications to be displayed smoothly. Thanks to its projected capacitive glass surface, the fanless HMI can be operated precisely and intuitively using multi-finger gestures. Ethernet Extender XELAN mit SPE Technologie
With the new SPE (Single Pair Ethernet) technology, the XELAN Ethernet can transmit data over a distance of up to 2 km with a constant baud rate of 10 MBit/s. Both point-point and point-multipoint structures can be implemented. The plug & play solution does not require any further software configuration. The robust devices are intended for mounting on DIN rails. The wide temperature range from -20°C to +70°C and the 24 VDC power supply via a screw terminal are also suitable for industrial use.

Ethernet-APL
