customer-specific plant construction – plant for palletizing storage rolls

The basic design of the system is based on a standard TECHTORY floor cell. The feed belt at the rear is loaded with storage rolls by a pre-controlled system. A gripper picks up the randomly arriving parts and places or stacks them in provided boxes. For this purpose, the gripper can be equipped with fingers for internal and external scanning of the different rolls. A movable camera system located above the system detects both the pickup positions of the incoming stock on the conveyor belt and the lower storage positions in the individual boxes. Because the camera continuously provides position data, a smooth process with high cycle times is possible. The boxes required for stacking are placed on pallets by the operator. To prevent downtime during pallet changes, the system has two separate chambers.

      Cx – pluggable industrial relays

Modern relays are electromechanical masterpieces of the highest precision and, in various designs, perform a wide range of tasks across every conceivable industrial sector. Semiconductor technology (solid-state technology) enables the development of solid-state relays (SSRs), which, unlike electromechanical relays, contain no moving parts. Switching is purely electronic and therefore wear-free. ComatReleco develops products using both technologies and is a competent partner for all industrial applications involving relays.

    7. Cyber-Resilient Automation: OT Security from Architecture to Lifecycle

Cyber-Resilient Automation: OT Security from Architecture to Lifecycle

Security is not an add-on. WAGO helps you design resilient connected machines and systems from the outset, operate them securely and evolve them in a controlled manner. 8. Cybersecurity

      Cybersecurity

Industrial automation is becoming ever smarter – and thus more vulnerable to cyberattacks. Modern automation systems consist of a multitude of connected components. Unprotected interfaces, missing updates or insecure passwords are just a few of the gateways. The damage to industry caused by cyberattacks amounts to billions of euros. End-to-end security is therefore no longer an option – it is a necessity. Bosch Rexroth attaches particular importance to cybersecurity and implements the highest security standards in all its automation solutions. This enables companies to continuously guarantee secure and reliable manufacturing. The automation products from Bosch Rexroth meet the legal requirements, which are constantly increasing in number. As governments around the world are increasingly relying on stricter security regulations to counter increasing cyber threats. Companies have to address these requirements at an early stage to comply with the law and effectively secure their systems.
