WAGO Contact SA is the Swiss subsidiary of the internationally active WAGO Group and has been based in Domdidier since 1977, with a production and sales site. WAGO develops and manufactures solutions for electrical connection technology, automation, and interface electronics.
For machine and plant manufacturers, system integrators, and operators, we connect the field level with control systems and industrial IT: with open controllers based on CODESYS, Linux, and Docker; decentralized IP67 and IO-Link technology; industrial networking technology; intelligent power supply and protection solutions; and transparent energy monitoring. Compact Controller 100 SL2: Secure Compact Control with Multi-I/O
Limited space but demanding cybersecurity requirements? The Compact Controller 100 combines configurable multi-I/Os with a platform certified to IEC 62443-4-2, Security Level 2. The compact controller combines real-time Linux, CODESYS and Docker in a space-saving DIN-rail housing. WAGO I/O System Field: New Analog and IO-Link Solutions at the Machine
Analog signals, IO-Link and cloud connectivity without an additional control cabinet: new field modules bring precise measurement and intelligent communication directly to the machine. The new 765-2101/100-000 and 765-2102/100-000 modules combine four high-accuracy analog inputs for current, voltage or RTD/TC signals with four Class A IO-Link master ports. PROFINET, MQTT and an integrated web server reduce interfaces and engineering effort. The fully potted metal housing is designed for harsh environments. New Analog IO-Link Converters also integrate Pt100 and Pt1000 signals with high interference immunity. They meet IP68/IP69K and operate from −25 to +80 °C.

New IP67 Lean-Managed Switch: Network Management in the Field
Gigabit networking directly at the machine without an additional cabinet: the new IP67 Lean-Managed Switch combines robust M12 connectivity with straightforward OT diagnostics. Eight Gigabit M12 ports, an operating range from −40 to +70 °C and a rugged IP67 design allow direct installation on machine modules, conveyor systems or robotic cells. Web-based management, a diagnostic dashboard and topology view simplify commissioning and troubleshooting without in-depth IT expertise. VLAN structures, data prioritization and multicast handling support a stable and transparent network infrastructure.

Cyber-Resilient Automation: OT Security from Architecture to Lifecycle
Security is not an add-on. WAGO helps you design resilient connected machines and systems from the outset, operate them securely and evolve them in a controlled manner. The holistic approach combines secure automation components with network segmentation, trust zones, defense in depth, secure access and structured update and vulnerability management. Communicating WAGO ECBs: DC Protection, Diagnostics and Remote Access in 32 mm
Protect, measure and respond: communicating WAGO electronic circuit breakers monitor every 24 VDC channel and provide diagnostics and remote access before downtime becomes costly. The 4- and 8-channel electronic circuit breakers are only 32 mm wide. The trip current can be selected individually from 1 to 16 A per channel. IO-Link, Modbus RTU or the Manchester protocol provide access to current and voltage values, status and settings for each channel, including remote configuration and control. Early warnings, targeted resets and predictive-maintenance data improve system availability. Reliable earth-fault disconnection also supports the requirements of EN 60204-1.

New WAGO Energy Meters: MID26, Modbus TCP and METAS for Switzerland
Measure, connect and bill in compliance with legal requirements: the new energy meter generation combines compact designs, modern communication and MID/METAS variants for the Swiss market. Depending on the version, the new three-phase MID meters provide RS-485, M-Bus, Ethernet with Modbus TCP and two S0 interfaces. Direct meters cover applications up to 65 A, while compact transformer meters support higher currents. U- or S-type connections, a rotatable display and one- or two-module-width designs simplify integration. Configuration and data export are available via the WAGO App or web interface. Selected devices support OCMF for charging infrastructure. MID- and METAS-compliant variants are also available for billing-relevant applications in Switzerland.
