Sales Manager - Device Connection Technology - 100% (m/w)

As a Sales Manager in the field of Device Connection Technology, you are the central interface between engineering, sales, and customers. You advise device manufacturers and EMS providers on technical challenges, develop customer relationships, and successfully position innovative solutions for device and PCB connection technology in the market.

What does the job entail?
✔️Technical and application-oriented consulting for device manufacturers and EMS providers, focusing on device and PCB connection technology
✔️Acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships, and achieving design wins in collaboration with the regional sales team
✔️Coordination and support of technical development projects with commercial and technical expertise
✔️Participation in customer-specific solutions with a focus on simple, reliable, and innovative connection technology
✔️Close collaboration with international sales partners and WAGO subsidiaries

What do we expect from you?
✔️Basic electrical engineering training and experience in selling complex, consultation-intensive products
✔️Sales experience, preferably in B2B, electronics, or distribution environments ✔️Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of self-motivation
✔️Analytical and process-oriented thinking, as well as an interest in continuous improvement
✔️Excellent German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
✔️Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and requirements
