WAGO I/O System Field: New Analog and IO-Link Solutions at the Machine

Analog signals, IO-Link and cloud connectivity without an additional control cabinet: new field modules bring precise measurement and intelligent communication directly to the machine.

The new 765-2101/100-000 and 765-2102/100-000 modules combine four high-accuracy analog inputs for current, voltage or RTD/TC signals with four Class A IO-Link master ports. PROFINET, MQTT and an integrated web server reduce interfaces and engineering effort. The fully potted metal housing is designed for harsh environments. New Analog IO-Link Converters also integrate Pt100 and Pt1000 signals with high interference immunity. They meet IP68/IP69K and operate from −25 to +80 °C.
