Strip Series B240

The Strip Series B240 strips coaxial, multiconductor and single-conductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 13 mm² (36 – 6 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”).

With its intuitive software interface, the programmable Strip Series B240 is quick to deploy and easy to operate. High repeat accuracy, mechanical precision, and short work cycles ensure excellent productivity.Equipped with two rotary blades, the Strip Series B240 processes coaxial and micro-coaxial cables up to 0.8 mm (0.02"), as well as multiconductor and single-conductor cables, using the same blades and universal clamp jaws without requiring changeovers. It achieves a strip length of 39 mm (1.54”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”).Thanks to the cutter head’s high-resolution movement axes, even challenging materials like PUR, PVC, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel®, and textile glass braiding can be stripped cleanly and reliably.
