Zeta 620 G2
The Zeta 620 G2 assembly machine provides wires on two process models fully equipped for control cabinet construction – including labeling and terminals. Manual processes take time and require properly trained personnel. The Zeta 620 wire processing machine simplifies the wire assembly process. It produces complete parts lists fully automatically and sorts and labels the cables so that they only need to be laid in the control cabinet. With modules, the process is adapted to your needs and up to 24 cable types and up to seven different ferrules are processed without changeover. The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.

Cut & Strip Family E400
The Cut & Strip Family E400 processes wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables from 0.8 – 12.5 mm (0.032 – 0.49") with cross-sections from 0.14 – 16 mm² (26 – 6 AWG). Standard applications of the Cut & Strip machine series E400 include stripping the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips on either or both sides. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables, including insulation such as PVC, PUR, or Teflon. A short piece kit allows for the processing of short wires.Job creation is made easy with predefined and verified default parameters. The intuitive S.Drive software facilitates the creation of jobs and article programs. The "Quick-Run Mode" allows for immediate production with just a few clicks. The contact pressure on the belt drive feeding unit is programmable. It allows for very fine and targeted adjustments.

Strip Series B200
The Strip Series B200 is the ideal entry-level machine for simple cable stripping applications. It automatically strips standard cables up to 4 mm (0.16 in) in diameter and 25 mm (0.98 in) in length. The Strip Series B200 performs both full and partial cable stripping with a minimum insertion depth of 14 mm (0.55 in). With optional thin grippers, insertion depths as low as 11 mm (0.43 in) are possible. All parameters can be precisely adjusted manually via rotary knobs. It processes PVC, PE, and PP cables, including cables for miniaturized housings and applications with minimal spacing between the jacket and the crimp. The B200 combines quality, durability, user-friendly operation, and mobility. Its precise mechanics and high-speed motors ensure short cycle times, high output, and repeatable accuracy.

Strip Series B300
The portable B300 stripping machine reliably strips cables with cross sections from 0.03 to 8 mm² (32 to 8 AWG) and up to 7 mm (0.27") outer diameter. The portable and programmable Strip Series B300 is easy to operate, even without programming knowledge. Its ergonomic design and intuitive 5” color touchscreen interface make usage simple and efficient. High repeat accuracy, precise mechanics, and short work cycles ensure productivity for standard stripping applications. The B300 initiates the strip as soon as the cable end touches its sensitive trigger sensor. Continuous axis monitoring eliminates the need for referencing, improving quality and saving time.Predefined process parameters enable immediate use for standard functions like full and partial pull-off and recutting. An optional software upgrade is available for more complex applications.

Strip Series B240
The Strip Series B240 strips coaxial, multiconductor and single-conductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 13 mm² (36 – 6 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”). With its intuitive software interface, the programmable Strip Series B240 is quick to deploy and easy to operate. High repeat accuracy, mechanical precision, and short work cycles ensure excellent productivity.Equipped with two rotary blades, the Strip Series B240 processes coaxial and micro-coaxial cables up to 0.8 mm (0.02"), as well as multiconductor and single-conductor cables, using the same blades and universal clamp jaws without requiring changeovers. It achieves a strip length of 39 mm (1.54”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”).Thanks to the cutter head’s high-resolution movement axes, even challenging materials like PUR, PVC, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel®, and textile glass braiding can be stripped cleanly and reliably.

Strip Series B340
The Strip Series B340 stripping machine boasts a wide range of performance. Equipped with four rotary X-shaped blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 16 mm² (36 – 5 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”).
