The 2025 Sustainability Report shows how digitalization and the energy transition interact. Our company develops software solutions for maintenance and operations management that support energy suppliers, grid operators, and industrial companies in operating their facilities more efficiently, resource-conservingly, and sustainably. The focus is on digital processes along the entire energy cycle – from energy generation and storage to distribution and consumption. In 2025, we again implemented important measures for our own sustainability: Our heating supply was completely converted to a heat pump solution with ice storage technology, thus eliminating the use of fossil natural gas entirely. The company's own photovoltaic system generated approximately 28.9 MWh of electricity and saves about 11 tons of CO₂ per year. At the same time, the proportion of electric and hybrid vehicles in our fleet increased to 74 percent. Social responsibility also plays a central role for us. We are committed to permanent employment contracts, mobile working, professional development, and the targeted advancement of women in IT. Furthermore, we are involved in regional educational and social projects. The report makes it clear: at GreenGate, sustainability is not only documented, but actively integrated into technology, corporate culture and corporate strategy – with the aim of using digitalization as a lever for a climate-friendly and future-proof infrastructure.
