MHD Track Roller System – Maximum Heavy Duty

Designed to transport heavy automation equipment, MHD track roller system accommodates high offset and overhanging loads, and is ideally suited to be used as a 7th axis robot transfer. 7th axis robot transfer – MHD track roller system easily accommodates high offset and overhanging loads up to 136kN, making the system ideally suited to being used as a 7th axis transfer system for robots. Enhanced strength in downward direction – For larger robots with high emergency stop loads, a version using three taper roller bearings is available boosting strength in the downward direction. Hardwearing – Large wheels with axial capacity make the system tolerant of debris, misalignment, disturbance to joints and accidental damage. Low maintenance and durable – Sealed roller bearings are combined with hardened and precision ground flat tracks providing a reliable and low maintenance solution for heavy loads. Simplified installation – The lower bearing wheel of each block can be easily removed, allowing easy assembly onto the tracks by lowering the carriage from above.

    2. Mini-inline

      Mini-inline

Simplify your laser marking machine integration with our Mini-inline: this laser safety concept protects the laser beam and facilitates particle extraction while freeing you from the costs and constraints of a class 1 laser enclosure. SAFE No need for a bulky class 1 laser housing, the Mini-inline isolates the laser beam while the safety sensors make sure the part and Mini-inline are present: maximum laser engraver safety for the operator and his work environment. COMPACT Thanks to its size, the Mini-inline is easily added to your existing production line. It allows the integration of our industrial laser marking system in very narrow areas, to engrave the necessary information on a wide range of parts. COST-EFFECTIVE This accessory has the advantage of being cheaper than a class 1 laser protection housing: lower purchase price, and no pre-study cost for the final installation. In addition of the time saved installing the Mini-inline on the laser marker.

      Miniature bearings

The small things make the difference. Without miniature bearings, our roller bearing range would be incomplete - even if the intricate details can only be seen with a magnifying glass. Discover our extensive product range from a minimum bore diameter of 0.5 mm. Miniature bearings emerge wherever accuracy and maximum reliability are particularly critical. Our customers use these high-precision roller bearings in precision engineering, metrology, electrical engineering, microelectronics and aerospace engineering as well as medical and dental equipment. The subtle difference We cover the field of miniature bearings across the board. Looking for the smallest roller bearing in the world? Blässinger can deliver! In addition to deep groove ball bearings, we also offer spindle and high-precision special bearings.
