We are looking for a development engineer for demanding product development projects in in-house engineering and directly at the customer's site. You will develop and design products and assemblies, coordinate design and simulation, and support projects through to successful implementation.
Development Engineer FH/HF 80–100%
We are looking for a Development Engineer to strengthen our Development as a Service and Engineering as a Service teams.
Your responsibilities:
• Independently develop and design products and assemblies
• Coordinate design activities and provide technical leadership to assigned designers
• Validate designs through calculations
• Coordinate simulations with specialists
• Work closely with customers, production, quality assurance and service
Your profile:
• Technical background with an HF or FH degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in development and design
• Project-management or technical-leadership experience advantageous
• Strong 3D CAD skills; Siemens NX advantageous
• PLM/ERP knowledge, particularly Teamcenter, advantageous
• Very good German and good English
• Creativity, innovative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
Workplace: Nänikon or customer sites.
