Design Manager / Technical Project Manager 80–100%

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead demanding development projects. You will be responsible for design, coordinating construction, interfaces, costs and milestones, and working closely with customers, internal departments and suppliers.

As part of interdisciplinary development and project teams, you will take design responsibility for customer-specific projects.

Your responsibilities:
• Development and design of assemblies and individual components
• Responsibility for installation-space and interface management
• Ensure milestones, costs and customer requirements are met
• Target-cost management and technical leadership of assigned designers
• Close cooperation with customers, production, quality, service and suppliers

Your profile:
• Technical background with an FH engineering degree or HF technician qualification in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics or similar
• At least four years of experience in development, design and technical project management
• Strong 3D CAD knowledge; Siemens NX and/or PTC Creo advantageous
• PLM/ERP knowledge such as SAP, Windchill or Teamcenter advantageous
• Very good German and good English

Workplace: customer site in Thurgau.
