Pulsarlube BT was developed to control and monitor a large number of lubricators and ensure even safer maintenance.
All lubricators within the device’s detection range can be wirelessly controlled and monitored via the app. This allows for useful information on the lubricator’s operating status, such as potential overloads, low battery, lubricant dispensed, remaining grease volume, and the grease bag replacement date. Furthermore, the information from the mobile app can be linked to our web application server (WAS), allowing the information to be accessed at the workplace. The Bluetooth 4.1 BLE (Battery Low Energy) module ensures reliable long-term operation of the lubricator. Outdoor installation is ensured by a waterproof and dustproof design (IP65).
