Pick-and-Place Robot PPR

The Pick-and-Place Robot PPR is a compact assembly automation system for the fast and precise handling of sensitive components, for example in electronics manufacturing. It combines basic motion axes with integrated sensors such as force measurement, pneumatics and control technology to ensure safe pick-up and placement of delicate workpieces. The patent-pending PPR captures and analyses process and sensor data in real time, optimising cycle times and placement forces. This results in stable, highly dynamic processes with minimal development effort.
