When the working range becomes a bottleneck

Cobots have become established in many production processes. However, as soon as several workstations need to be served or larger workpieces need to be processed, their working range often reaches its limits. This frequently results in the need for additional robots or costly modifications to the system.

Quick to integrate and versatile

The plug-and-play solution is compatible with numerous cobot brands, including ABB, Denso, Doosan, Fanuc, Kassow, Kawasaki, Techman, Universal Robots and Yamaha. This makes it easy to integrate into existing automation systems.

The configurable collision detection can be adapted to the requirements of the specific application. Large contact elements on the linear carriage detect contact and trigger a safety stop. The solution is complemented by the Freedrive function, which simplifies set-up and programming. Depending on the available space, the 7th axis can be mounted horizontally, on the wall or overhead.
