Technical Sales Automation (m/w/d) 80 - 100%

Your responsibilities:
• Supporting and advising our customers throughout Switzerland
• Carrying out technical and coordination-related enquiries with internal and external departments
• Preparing quotations through to order processing
• Data entry and maintenance in the ERP and CRM systems (MS Navision)
• Ensuring a high standard of service and the ongoing optimisation of processes

Your requirements:
• Basic technical training (IT, electrical engineering/electronics), ideally supplemented by further commercial training
• Several years’ experience in technical in-house sales within the industrial sector
• Very good command of German and a good command of English
• Organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• A hands-on approach
• An independent, team-oriented and committed individual
