We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Mittelland region (100%) to support strategically important customers, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term partnerships. Your Responsibilities
– Advising and supporting existing industrial and commercial customers, as well as acquiring new customers in the sales territory
– Identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions
– Conducting customer visits, presentations, and product training
– Responsibility for sales targets, preparing offers, negotiating, and concluding contracts
– Close collaboration with sales, product management, and technology
– Participation in trade fairs and industry events, regular reporting
Your Profile
– Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
– At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
– Further training in sales/marketing or business administration is an advantage
– Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
– Experience in managing key accounts
– Industry knowledge in surface technology, mechanical engineering, chemistry, or metal processing is an advantage
– Very good German language skills (French is an advantage)
– Communication and negotiation skills, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for sustainable products
– Independent and goal-oriented working style, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of Interaction with people
– Willingness to travel within Switzerland (Basel, Aargau, Solothurn, Bern) and a B driver’s license
