WT Wärmeaustausch Technologien AG specializes in the sale, repair and maintenance of various heat exchangers. Based on the individual needs of our customers, we use our technical know-how to find the ideal solution when selecting the heat exchanger. Thanks to our large warehouse, we are able to guarantee short delivery times and offer a wide range of products.
A large part of WT's business activity consists of the revision of bolted plate heat exchangers.
This includes cleaning the plates, resealing the heat exchangers and assembling them on site.

Plate and Frame Heat exchanger
The largest range of efficient heat exchangers for a variety of applications. The heat exchangers are built according to a modular concept. Different types of heat exchangers can be produced from frames, plates and connecting elements. By using plates with different properties, the heat exchangers can be tailored to a wide range of applications. The heat exchangers can be easily dismantled to carry out inspection, cleaning and maintenance work. In addition, sealed plate exchangers can be easily expanded or modified by adding or replacing plates as required.

Revisionen
A large part of the business activity of the company WT consists in the revision of screwed plate heat exchangers. This includes cleaning the plates, resealing the heat exchangers and assembling them on site. For this purpose, the necessary material is brought to the location of the heat exchanger to be revised in the company's own truck. First the heat exchanger is screwed apart. A lot of dirt has accumulated on the plates inside the exchanger over time. The dirty plates are therefore removed and replaced by clean ones. With the help of an assembly press, a large plate heat exchanger can be easily pulled apart and screwed tightly together by a single employee. This process proves to be very cost-effective for the customer. The dirty panels are removed and brought back to WT, where they are cleaned, resealed and prepared for further use.
