Supercomputing Systems AG
About us
We develop software and hardware for our customers: from electronics to full stack software to efficient algorithms and AI.
Founded in 1993 as an ETH spin-off, SCS now has a broad range of over 130 employees and is happy to tackle challenging projects.
We come into play when standard systems are no longer sufficient, when something needs to be faster or more precise.

Robotics Software
Our Robotics Software is developed specifically for each customer and adapted to existing processes and technical requirements. It simplifies robotics integration, reduces commissioning time, and supports efficient and flexible production processes.

Line Management System
Initial situation A packaging line consists of individual machine units, each with its own local control system. A higher level Line Management System is required to coordinate the individual machines so that they start and stop in a controlled sequence. During a format change, the individual units must be reconfigured in the correct order. SCS solution SCS developed a Line Management System, LMS, for Schubert that communicates with the control systems of the individual machine units via OPC UA and MQTT. The LMS also acts as an interface between higher level systems such as SAP and the production line. This makes it possible to start production batches, manage serial numbers, and document production activities in general. Added value The software, individually developed for Schubert, is tailored precisely to its requirements. The graphical user interface at the central operator station simplifies work in production and during format changes, which can now be initiated centrally. The Line Management System ensures consistent track and trace of the packaged products.

Embedded Systems
SCS develops customised embedded systems from the initial idea to the industrialised product. With broad hardware and software expertise, we create robust, efficient, and high quality solutions for demanding applications. FR
