Gocator 2D Smart Camera
Gocator 2D Smart Cameras provide a complete solution for industrial 2D measurement and inspection. Built on LMI’s proven smart sensor platform, they combine high-resolution imaging, integrated lighting control, deep edge AI (deep learning-powered intelligence executed on-device), and intuitive GoPxL™ software—delivering fast, accurate inspection without PCs or cloud infrastructure for demanding factory automation applications.
Gocator 3500 Series: 3D Snapshot Sensors
Gocator® 3500 high-resolution structured light 3D snapshot sensors bring metrology-grade performance directly to the inline factory environment. Utilizing a 5-megapixel stereo camera to minimize occlusions, this series offers an expanded field of view of up to 282 x 175 mm. The sensor supports fast scan rates of 6 Hz when paired with a PC or GoMax NX accelerator, making it a highly effective, pick-and-place friendly solution for both robotic and stationary inspection applications.
Gocator 2500 Series: 3D Laser Line Profile Sensors
The High-Speed 3D Line Profiler is a versatile inspection solution for small and medium parts, capable of accurate scans on complex surface types ranging from reflective to dark materials. Equipped with a 2-megapixel imager, it provides high-resolution data at 1920 points per profile while executing scan, measurement, and control functions at rates up to 10 kHz. The device offers substantial coverage for industrial applications, boasting a field-of-view up to 518 mm and a total measurement range of 595 mm.
