io-key® IIoT Gateway

minion® IIoT Sensor System
Condition Monitoring as a service product: self-powered, wireless, deployable anywhere – even where cables can't reach. The minion® is a configurable IoT sensor system combining sensor, cellular gateway and battery in one compact device. Machine data is transmitted directly to the cloud via LTE-M or NB-IoT – no wiring, no access to your customer's IT infrastructure, no complex engineering. For machine builders and OEMs, this means a ready-to-deploy monitoring product that ships with every machine. No coordination with the end customer's IT team, no dependency on their network. The minion system covers the key measurements in condition monitoring. Choose the right components for your application: Vibration sensor: Measures vibration velocity and acceleration to DIN 20816. Detects imbalances, misalignment, shock and bearing wear early on rotating machinery, pumps and drives. Temperature & humidity sensor: Monitors ambient conditions and temperatures for accurate condition analysis. Radar sensor: Non-contact distance and level measurement for bulk solids and liquids, measuring range 200–2,000 mm. Analogue adapter: Connects existing analogue sensors to the minion system, making legacy devices cloud-ready. Measurement data flows automatically into the cloud platform of your choice. Threshold breaches trigger alerts; data can be turned into maintenance tickets or reorders. A machine delivery becomes a long-term, data-driven service – and a customer relationship that outlasts commissioning.

AD009 – IO-Link IoT Master
The AD009 connects IO-Link sensors directly to cloud and IoT environments – no PLC required. With 8 ports, IP65/67 protection and Ethernet connectivity, it is suited for both control cabinet installation and direct field mounting. Data is transmitted TLS-encrypted via MQTT in JSON format, meeting the security requirements of modern, networked production environments. For system integrators and plant engineers, this means end-to-end secure communication between field level and cloud – with no trade-offs on data protection or system integrity. The AD009 integrates smoothly into existing IoT and IT architectures, providing the foundation for data-driven process optimisation, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance in demanding applications.

Vortex flow meters
autosen vortex flow meters use the Kármán vortex street principle: a bluff body in the measuring tube generates vortices whose frequency is detected by a piezo element and converted into flow velocity. The result is precise, conductivity-independent flow measurement – ideal for water, water-glycol mixtures and cooling lubricants. The range includes versions with G1/2A, G3/4A, G1A, G1 1/4A and G1 1/2A thread connections for measuring ranges from 0.9 to 240 l/min. All devices provide two analogue outputs, measure in a temperature range of –25 to +125 °C and are manufactured in a lead-free brass housing. Drinking water approved. Available from stock and orderable online directly with a 5.5 % price advantage – robust, low-maintenance and easy to install.

Inductive sensors Standard Class
The best price/performance ratio in factory automation: autosen's Standard Class inductive sensors cover all standard applications in factory automation – reliable, available from stock and orderable online directly with a 5.5 % price advantage. The series offers all common standard designs: cylindrical metal housings with M8, M12, M18 and M30 threads, short Ø 6.5 mm cylindrical bodies for tight installation spaces, and cuboid designs for flat-surface mounting. Flush and non-flush mountable versions are available with sensing ranges from 2 to 40 mm. Switching outputs are available as normally open (NO), normally closed (NC) and antivalent. Connection is made either via M8 or M12 plug or via a permanently attached 5 m PVC cable with open end. All devices in the series carry IP67 protection. Matching sensor cables, angle brackets for cylindrical designs and mounting plates for cuboid designs are available in the same shop.

Sensor cables Standard Class
autosen's Standard Class sensor cables reliably connect sensors to the control system – in PVC for cost-effective standard applications or in PUR for enhanced chemical resistance and flexibility. The range includes versions with straight and angled M8 and M12 connectors in 3-, 4- and 5-pin variants, each with open cable ends in lengths from 2 to 10 m. All cables are UL-listed and rated IP67. Available from stock and orderable online directly with a 5.5 % price advantage – matching sensors, adapters and distributors are available in the same shop.

LED signal towers
autosen LED signal towers visually and acoustically indicate machine and system states and faults. The modular system can be individually configured with up to five colour modules (green, orange, red, blue, white) and an acoustic buzzer. The clear lens design only shows its colour when signalling – ensuring clear distinction even in bright sunlight. The range includes complete units with red-orange-green as well as RGB multicolour versions with 7 colours and steady/flashing light. All modules are rated IP66 and designed for 24 VDC. Mounting bases with M12 connection, wall brackets and adjustable mounts complete the accessory programme. Available from stock and orderable online directly with a 5.5 % price advantage – configure your signal tower in the shop or choose a ready-made complete unit.

Multifunction time relay
Time relays control time-critical sequences in machines and plant – for example, staggering the start-up of two loads, setting a defined run-on time, generating a single pulse (single shot / wiping function), or triggering recurring switching operations. This allows process steps to be reliably separated from one another and automated. The range includes single-function time relays for fixed, pre-defined time functions, as well as multifunction time relays offering several selectable time programmes on one device. This means you'll find the right solution for on-delay and off-delay timing, pulse generation and cyclic control tasks in industrial automation. Time relays belong to the Switching & Control Technology product category, where you will also find Monitoring Relays, Transducers & Signal Conditioners, and Industrial Power Supplies for your automation solution.

Capacitive sensors Standard Class
Capacitive sensors detect more than metal: plastic, glass, wood, paper and liquids – and they register fill levels right through the container wall. autosen's Standard Class brings that capability to industrial and factory automation at the price of a standard device. The series comprises cylindrical designs with M8, M12, M18 and M30x1.5 threads in a rugged nickel-plated brass housing, plus a cuboid version in a plastic (PBT) housing with M8 plug connection. Sensing ranges run from 2 to 25 mm, all devices are flush mountable and configured as normally open (NO). The cylindrical versions feature an LED switching indicator; all devices carry IP67 protection. Available from stock and orderable online directly with a 5.5 % price advantage – matching sensor cables and angle brackets for cylindrical designs are available in the same shop.
