The Soundcam 3 Ultra can be used to visualize and localize noises in both the audible and inaudible range (ultrasound). This makes the system ideal for localizing leaks in compressed air, gas or steam systems or for localizing partial electrical discharges (partial discharge). The SoundCam Ultra 3 works in frequency ranges from 2kHz – 100kHz and, with its compact, ergonomic design and low weight, is an excellent measuring instrument, even for hard-to-reach areas. A thermal imaging camera is also integrated. For the localization of electrical partial discharges as well as for the localization of leaks, the camera offers software specially tailored to these applications for efficient measurement and simple follow-up documentation.
